I was sad but I didn’t show it

Then he called me and said, “Today I have a new girl friend…”
Like I needed to hear that
This is not the time for my mind to get distracted from my goal
I have too many things I need to get done
And if your not in it 2 win it I don’t want 2 hear it
Life is 2 short to sit around and wait for uncertainties
I live life in the fast lane only going in the direction necessary for success
